- Prepare 1 tablespoon heeping capers
- Get Meatballs ————-
- Take 2/3 pound ground sirloin
- Get 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Take 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- Take 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- Get 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
Instructions to make Layered Linguine:
- Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Make the meatballs. mix the 2/3 pound ground sirloin, salt, cheddar cheese, and pepper. Bake in the oven till done.
- Boil the water add tomatoes and put into water for 2 minutes. Take out and peel. If it's a green tomato add another minute or two
- Chop the tomatoes and add the spices, and capers and simmer.
- Brown the ground sirloin, spices, and onions. When browned add the tomato paste to the sirloin and onions.
- Add merlot, salt, and olive oil to the boiling water and cook the pasta till done. Drain and add the 2 tablespoons extra Virgin olive oil, and parsley.
- Add pasta to a plate. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
- Add the meat.
- Add sauce.
- Add meatballs.
- More sauce and top with some more parmesan cheese.
