- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
- In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, onion salt, cheese, salt, & pepper.
- Break up frozen hash browns. No need to thaw. Then mix together with soup mixture. Turn into baking dish.
- Combine butter & chex crumbs until evenly coated. Sprinkle over hash brown mixture.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
