- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the rhubarb mix and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown
Spread this mixture over the rhubarb. Rub spread into flour until mixture resembles chunky breadcrumbs. Stir in the remaining sugar and almonds. I think a fruit crumble would have to be my favourite dessert of all time. There are few things more comforting than a homemade crumble.
