- Take 1 1/2 ltr Milk
- Prepare 1 cup cream (malai)
- Make ready 1 cup finely chopped mango pieces

- Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp Custard powder
Steps to make Mango Ice cream:
- Boil the milk until it's came into the half quality. Add sugar and cream at the same time.
- Add 3 tbsp. Milk into custard powder, and add that paste into the milk which we are boiling.
- When milk came into the half quality, we will give it a rest until it gets at room temperature.
- After that, we will add mango juice (ras) in the milk. Make sure milk is in room temperature, not so hot, not too cold.
- Then grind the milk so that mango juice and milk can take a perfect texture.
- Then put it in a tin or steel container and put it in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours.
- After that, again grind it and mix the mango pieces which we finely chopped.
