  11. For frosting or ganache. Take a small bowl, add dark chocolate, cream, mix well until smooth. Divide the frosting into 2 and add one tbsp more cream in it and refrigerate for 30 mins.
  12. Spread the liquid ganache on the top of the cake as shown. Dust with cocoa powder.
  13. After refrigerate 30 mins, whip it. Pour into the piping bag. Now decorate with piping bag on the cake.
