- Pour filling into crust. Bake until set and crust is golden, about 45 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely
Everything is stirred together in one bowl, poured into a prepared crust, and baked until this sweet pie is brown and slightly puffed. Just a week ago I made this pie for our church's annual Harvest Dinner. The volunteers who were working there before the dinner began were taking the pecan pie pieces BEFORE everyone else got there to make sure they got a piece.
