In India when we use the word kheer, we are usually referring to. Samak Rice Kheer is very similar to Rice Kheer except that it takes less time to make it. Samak rice is a fruit and not a cereal and Samak Rice Kheer is ready. Once it cools down, store in refrigerator and serve it chilled.
Steps to make Paan kheer (Saamak rice):
- STEP 1. Grab Betel leaves + milk powder +sugar +gulukand + kewdwa water +rose water+ milk(2-3tsp). - And grind in a grinder.
- STEP 2. Boil milk till it get first boiled, add soaked rice
- STEP 3. Add grinded mixture into milk and stir until it gets a perfect thick batter. also rice gets finely cooked. It may get 10-12 minutes.
- STEP 4. Cool the Paan kher and ready to serve
- STEP 5. Garnish it with sweet cherries, dry fruits and rose petels.
- And your paan Kher is ready to serve.
