  1. In a thick bottomed pan, add milk.
  2. Also add soaked sabudana and grated beetroot.
  3. Boil the milk on medium flame.
  4. Boil for 5 minutes or till the sabunda turns translucent.
  5. Now add 1/4 cup sugar.
  6. Also add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  7. Mix well making sure everything is mixed well.
  8. Simmer for another 20 minutes stirring in between. Also the milk thickens.
  9. Finally, serve sago beetroot hot or chilled.
