  1. Get 1 kg milk
  2. Prepare 1 cup rice
  3. Get 1 big size mango
  4. Take 1 cup sugar
  5. Get 10-15 almonds
  6. Take 1/4 cup kishmish

Instructions to make Mango kheer:
  1. First take milk in the kadai and boil it.
  2. In the meantime soak rice in the water for 15-20 min and also the almonds
  3. Take the rice out of the water and grind in the grinder minutely.
  4. Put the rice in the boiled milk and cook on low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Add sugar to it and cook for 5 minutes.Keep stirri g in between.
  6. Crush almonds into pieces and put in kadai along with kishmish.
  7. Now grind the mango after peeling it in the grinder to get mango mash.
  8. Switch off the gas and cool down the kheer and add the mango mash to it and mix well,now cook on low flame for 5 minutes and your mango kheer is ready to serve.Happy cooking!!!!
